Five things we bring to every project
Hands-on management experience
The people you work with have run sales, cash and teams for real. The first questions are always about your sales team, your cash and how you decide.
Requirements discovery
Walk the real process with the people who do it. Write down the problem, the scope and what done means before building.
Workflow modelling
Map who does what, who approves, where data goes. Point out the steps that need a management change, not software.
AI governance
Decide which work goes to AI, who approves, which calls stay human. AI suggests with a reason; nothing is saved until a person confirms.
Built and used in-house first
Qomero builds and runs systems for its own businesses first: K-LionBook for Kovaa's sales team, the ARVUMA shop, Synolang.
Management alongside the system
A system is only worth what it changes. The management work happens alongside the build.
Few numbers, the right ones
The assessment names what to measure. Each number has an owner and a clear way to measure it.
A decision rhythm
What you check weekly, what you decide monthly, and who decides. Decisions rest on the system's numbers, not on memory.
AI where it counts
Every role knows which work goes to AI and who checks it. Practised on real work, measured before and after.
Not a shop that builds to order. Not a consulting deck that leaves the work to you.
Knowing what is actually done
Every Qomero project, yours included, is run through Praukron, Qomero's open-source tool under Apache-2.0. Done is kept apart from verified, and superseded decisions are kept on record.
